Snowball ident again before Bedknobs and Broomsticks at 12:20!

* BBC Two trail for Three Men in Another Boat with festive theme still on
* Trail for the Saturday night programme crashed and cut straight to the first frame of the Snowball ident for about 20 seconds and then it started.
* Ident played out as normal

Why is BBC One Scotland only showing the Snowball ident?

Any ideas if they will show the first airing of the new Helicopter ident along with the Network?

isn't the snowball got some sort of fireworks around it. and is the only scotland one like that

Yes it was back to normal from 9am onwards on Network.

Interesting, I wonder why BBC Scotland has decided to stick with the Christmas idents? I thought all Nations & Regions had to follow the Network.

BBC Two Scotland just showed their festive idents before Coast at 12:50 and Identity at 12:55.

Because Scotland still on Holiday until Thursday 3rd:

and the snowball should have fireworks on it.

Certainly no fireworks on the idents shown so far today on BBC One Scotland - have just checked them. All they have is the Christmas sparkles.

Because its a holiday until thursday, I know it does not sound right but it the only logical reason

hogmanay is a much bigger thing in Scotland than in England

Yes that is certainly true... will be interesting to see when we get the new ident then... perhaps not until later in the week then.
