I saw the new BBC One ident featuring lawnmowers at the start of Dance X this evening. Was that its first showing? Unfortunately I started recording mid way through the ident. Hope I'll get it on video for my ident collection again soon.

From TV & Radio Bits and The TV Room, I've also seen the two recent additions to the BBC One ident set: Mission Control and Magical Forest. I recently saw Magical Forest on BBC One on a Friday evening, around 7pm, but have yet to see Mission Control on TV. I hope both will get shown again soon so I can record them.

Does anyone know if BBC One intend adding any more idents to the set in the near future?

Yes, it is very creepy. The music, and the way the women seem to be very robotic in the way they mow Laughing Its very intresting, something you'd expect on Five than BBC One I think.

Reminds me of a couple of channel 4 idents, especially the music. Quite nice though, makes a welcome addition to the set. Interesting that all but one of the original ones were quite 'ordinary' (people flying kites, surfing, opening windows), but all the additions have been along the quirky route (fantasy forest, broken robots & now robotic gardeners!)
