She should be nowhere near BBC1 in my opinion, BBC3 or Sky One at best

She shouldn't be anywhere near continuity mic - full stop. The national broadcaster's premier channel and this is what we get...

On the junction into Inside Sport her voice just completely went and it sounded like she needed to clear her throat, but she just carried on.

I do like her in a way, but she seems more suited to Five/E4

almost in sync the fella doing the audio description piped up with "They both have small penises". How did he know?

I didn't see it on BBC One Friday, but I have watched it on the net, can I assume that BBC One cut out the two bodybuilders in the gym changing rooms, because that's the sketch the AD was referring to.

Which version did you watch? HBO or BBC? Did the HBO version include the body builders in the first episode?

I watched the HBO version which featured the bodybuilders.

BBC Radio 1's Greg James went up to Red Bee today to see the tests for the digital switch over and using it to shamelessly promote something for BBC 'Switch'. Interesting video nevertheless:

I wonder why his voiceovers on Dave sound so low in volume, compared to when he's live..

While we're talking about BBC Radio 1 presenters doing UKTV voiceovers - Dominic Byrne (from The Chris Moyles Show and Newsbeat) said he's doing the voiceovers for the new "Watch" channel.

I'm intrigued by the idea of George Sampson performing on a live event on Radio 1. How's that going to work on air?
