Lemar?
Oddly I think it was many years after Fame Academy that they got together
Patrick Kielty is married to Cat Deeley?!? So Fame Academy did bring about something productive, then!!

Oh, I'd support David Sneddon to the hilt (he's arguably the most successful reality TV show winner ever - as a songwriter, he now writes for Simon Cowell and many top, top artists) - my post was slightly tongue-in-cheek! I had no idea that they got together at all.

The big question will be, is tomorrow the last day of the light up menus or are there here to stay? Or will anything change come Monday? It seems odd there have a weekday and weekend versions, I would assume this means there may be kept for the rest of the year.

I get the feeling that the "light up" stings were intended to be idents but a change of mind was had by someone in the towers! I think the "o" falling on the endboards is the new graphic as the red swirls have been absent since 1st December.

The "o" effect does seem to be spreading - in addition to the Voice coaches having separate "o" stings, quite a few drama trailers now feature it too, including the most recent trailer for Holby City. A refreshing change from the swirl. I sense though that this is evolution of the brand, rather than revolution (no new idents for the foreseeable, I think).
Having said that, what do I know? The red swirls will probably be back on Monday.

The Flying in O is deffo the new format for the promos endbroads, Even BBC Scotland/wales are now using them.
CR
It can hardly be THE new format for promos if the swirls endboard is still in use - for now it is ONE of the endboards as there are now two styles in use.
