Erm, I don't get this, and the car's always been there.

so it has:

I'm more worried about the woman who is standing by the car, she's is abducted on the wide, we should start a search for her. Last seen with umbrella, probably abducted by cyclist.

I would say the bigger cock-up is trying to squeeze "Channel Islands" on one line, which means it overlaps the kerb.

Is there a reason why Eastenders still has Christmas decorations up in the middle of January? Did it take a break over Christmas?

The last 8 episodes have all been set on the same day, that's why.

That must be some kind of record?

So is it still New Years Day on Eastenders ?

I'm not sure what day it is any more, just that we've been stuck in the same day since the start of last week...

A bit silly really to let that play out for more than a week, especially post Christmas when the decorations just make it even more obvious..

It was key to the storylines though in this case. All the fallout from Christmas, plus some big storylines for a number of characters meant it had to be played over some many episodes.

Still, nearly 2 weeks on the same day... 2 weeks if it continues into tomorrow as well. It's got a bit tiring I admit.

By the looks of the spoiler on Digital Spy for tomorrow's episode, I don't think this everlasting day is continuing into tomorrow. However if we're only into the next day then they won't be taking the Christmas decs down straight away.

I feel that if they wanted to do this, they should've done it a different time of year when it doesn't look like they're being lazy and all leaving their Christmas decorations up until the middle of January.

Also I find it very hard that in all in the same evening...

Kat finds out about her twin son,
Kat confronts Mo and Charlie,
Charlie dies,
Stacey goes round Dot's,
Stacey and Kyle go to a cafe and fall out,
Kush and Martin try to hunt for Stacey,
Stacey and Arthur go up on the Vic roof,
Billy takes Charlie's body away,
Belinda turns up and argues with her sister,
Alfie admits he has a Brain Tumour to Kat,
Shabnam overhears Kush admit Arthur is his baby,
Phil gets drunk,
Phil admits he crashed the car to Shirley and Sharon,
Carmel and Massood have a fling,
Sharon splits with Phil...
... All of this in the same evening.

That's a bit excessive even for EastEnders!

It's as if they couldn't decide what to air on Christmas Day so filmed the lot anyway, picked a few for Christmas Day then decided to air the rest throughout January.
