Were my ears deceiving me, or did I just hear Cameron McKenna (of STV - perhaps formerly?) doing a voice-over on a trailer for a current affairs investigation called The Dog Factory, Wednesday at 9.00 on BBC ONE Scotland? The trailer aired after tonight's Reporting Scotland a few moments ago.

I'm sure it was him, as I wasn't really paying attention at first and momentarily thought I'd switched over to STV for a moment, given he's been an 'STV voice' for so long.

I wonder if he will struggle to get used to saying "on BBC ONE Scotland" as much as I will get used to hearing him say it. He's been at STV for as long as I can remember, and has quite a distinctive voice.

I hope someone has recorded Scotland ( especial this one) or Network at 8.58 jct. Both had HCB, with this morning line up and a good bit of music. Its the first time in a while a menu has been used at this point in time.

He freelanced at STV and worked on radio and Daybreak news as well, so I'm sure he'll be alright.

I think he may have left STV completely and acrimoniously at that going by some of his posts on Facebook a few months ago. I know he was let go from The Nightshift, but I haven't heard him on STV for a while.
