OH FFS, this getting beyond a joke now, lets get one thing clear here, the reason for asking is I never know NI were still using the DUCK ident in PEAK TIME, I know at off peak Ni use their local idents. On top of that I was trying to respond to someone question...

The eclipse itself is less interesting than the one sixteen years ago.
As far as I can remember Duck was used before Doctors on BBC One NI.
It is played out quite often on BBC ONE NI. It's also worthy to note that there are two variants of the ident; one starts from before the duck shakes the water off of its neck and the second starts midway through the shake.
That's very nice, I have to say (I imagine it transitions from light to dark as per the sting?). It's a shame the stings with the mahoosive logo just don't sit prettily.
