The CA audio about 12dB up on the previous item audio was a total and utter disgrace though, on the slide I saw last night .
Does no one at Red Bee have the foggiest idea about levels, and does anyone at Beeb care about the technical standard of their output ?
Indeed, the weather ended quietly and then John Motson starting shouting at us that the football was coming up next. My whole house stopped in its tracks, which maybe was the idea.
Well it woke Mrs Markymark up, which, believe me, you really don't want to do

Looks like green sludge on that menu. Hopefully we'll see the larger sting version in use tomorrow, for the last day of Christmas.

I thought these would be in use until early March?

Ahh, but today's 12th day of Christmas, when supposedly you are meant to take down your Christmas tree (and hence be hovering up the needles).

I hate to come across like the thread police, but I wonder if an extended list of what ident was shown at what time is really that much different from a rota thread. While the fact they've shown new idents and stings is interesting, do we really need to have a complete record of every time they're on? After they've been on as well. I can understand announcing a new one's been on, but not that one's been on again.

Steve - I've generally been flagging up items that have not yet appeared on Network. For those of us who collect/record this type of thing, it's good to know if the items have been used on air or if we are still looking out for their first appearance. Stings in particular can be tricky.

If we don't know all the Times there could appear then how will we know when to look? We can't sit watching bbc1 24/7.
I think this has to stop, every time we asked about new stuff or when did stuff air over a short period of time everyone starts mouthing Rota etc... if we did for a week then I could understand.
I worried to ask about the new itv where drake lives promo.
We're still looking for scottish sting, while I'm still on the hunt for scottish Hoover and ice skater, and with the above information I know when to look or set a timer.
It's also must warn the 4 nations have used different sting and the same junctions, which makes it harder to know whose use what and where. One female C A, At bbc Scotland likes using footprint more often.

I think it's just a case of it not being massively conducive to general discussion - maybe a "Pres Hunters" thread might be useful for grand-scale hunts for presentation to record? You could have a logo to replace the dead TV Live Wiki link

Absolutely, this thread has basically tuned into an 'as-run-log' of BBC1's continuity.
It's interesting to note a new thing has been shown but what is the point of noting every play of it after that. If you really care; watch or record the channel.
