I think BBC Two Northern Ireland's presentation is alternating between 50 Years and 90 Years until BBC NI's 90th Anniversary ends on the 24th. After that, BBC 2 NI will return to using the 50 Years versions of their 1991-2001 idents and the Afternoon Classics idents (the Afternoon Classics idents consist of 1964-2001 idents, I think) solely.
BBC1 NI showed COW ident, before True North: I Love Larne.
Perhaps surprisingly, BBC2 NI showed Optics, before Newsnight, as one of the '90 Years in Northern Ireland' idents, preceded with the 90 Years graphic, and with the italic BBC logo.
Hmm, looks like TV Ark used the wrong colours for it's recreation then. The black and blue colours are those of that era's mirror globe, but the real ident is in the BBC2 colour scheme of two tone blue.
