As no one else has spotted it so far, I thought I'd point out that BBC NI has been running its own trails for Titanic with Len Goodman, with a steel version of its logo and a hand drawn BBC One endboard.

So, it might just be worth watching BBC One NI at 2030, when the programme starts...

In true TVF form, anyone get any caps? Nice of them to go to the effort. Only caught the last junction, didn't realise they still did Newsline updates at 9pm since the nationwide 8pm ones!

Strange there have been no caps of this in the main forum prior to now (unless they are hidden away?) as this is noteworthy; a very well-produced trail. For those who haven't seen:

Stunning. Well done BBC NI Promotions.

Was very impressed with the Len Goodman documentary, hope that parts 2 and 3 are as good. Could have been a disaster but his personal involvement with the ship construction industry in the past worked well.

I didn't see him on the Titanic programme but he presented The 1952 Show on BBC One each day last week and he actually seems to be quite a good presenter. He certainly has a unique style.

I've watched both programmes in the last week - he's brilliant, actually. Very compelling, very engaging.

The 1950s show is very relaxed and anecdotal, where the Titanic programme is a more formal documentary, peppered with interviews and his recollections of his time as a welder. In both shows the obvious thing is how well he relaxed he makes the guest contributors.

He comes across well in Strictly, but I didn't imagine he'd be so good in other projects.
