I get home this evening ready to watch Little Britain USA. It's in all the listings and on my EPG as 12:05 AM on BBC Northern Ireland. Guess what, last minute change, they've moved it to 9pm. I am really tired of BBC NI messing up the schedules with local programming. It was only three weeks ago they did the same with their Gay Rugby programme, it was dropped completely at the last minute. Rant over Smile

Hopefully you've spotted the show is repeated tomorrow at ten on BBC1.

Schedule changes permitting of course! Wink

And even if you don't catch it then, there's always BBC iPlayer...

Neither a repeat or iPlayer really excuses late schedule changes without a very good reason though.

Examples of very good reasons:

Coverage of significant breaking news
Change of programme/episode because events make it inappropriate to show it
Overrunning live programme
Technical or other problem which requires a standby programme to be shown in its place

I can't think of any really acceptable reason to show something three hours early, especially at such short notice.

To be fair, I've never seen them advertise something as later then show it earlier - sure they move things around and put things back, but theres usually some logic and its usually advertised.

In all fairness, questions must be asked as to why it was scheduled at 12:15 in the first place when it was heavily promoted across BBC and other networks as being at 9.30.

I believe it was only at 9.30 in England. Scotland moved it to 10.35

Harry & Paul

I noticed BBC NI were showing Little Britain USA at 9pm on BBC One's website, but when coming to check the EPG on Virgin Media it was something after 10.35pm, again a bit of funny scheduling going on.
