BBC News Screensaver

Rob said that he made a BBC News screensaver a while back and that it was distibuted to some people.

Well, I was wondering whether someone might have a copy. I would be grateful if you could notify me (if you have it and would be willing to send me a copy) by PM after 6 tonight. That's when I get in from work!

i have sent you the BBC News screensaver shown on the monitors in the background of the news (certainly in Reporting Scotland's afternoon bulletins from the newsroom). I think this originates from the beeb itself. i would like to credit the person who sent it to me but I have no short term memory. thats another story, and apologies them them.

oop: whilst writing this i just got my mail returned due to:

500 File exceeds hosts max file size of 1572864

i'll zip it and try again. maybe your hotmail inbox is a little full?

I e-mailed News 24 to ask for it and they said (predictably):

Thank you for your email. I have checked and the screensaver used on BBC
PC's is not available commercially and is only for use in-house.
