At 21:30, prior to a programme on Harold Shipman, being shown, the BBC news channel was stuck on a picture of a politician. At 22:00, we got world news headlines, before going to a different studio, and different presenter, and it's not the normal BBC news channel studio. Seems like a technology problem, as during the piece with the still image, we could hear the presenters voices, reading out the news headlines, but couldn't see them. Any ideas?
