Since quite a number of you enjoy listening to BBC News music, myself included. I just wondered what that majority liked best, whether it be before the new look in 1999/2000 or the current look!

I like all the 1993-1999 music - I just made up some mock news summary music from that era!!
My all-time favourite news music has to be the 1985-88 Nine O' Clock News theme - very powerful, dramatic music; my current favourite would be the BBC London News theme.
Well its a good job a few like the current TWT themes, as they will be replacing BBC News overnight and BBC World News AFAIK. Or something very similar.

My favourite is the current national news music -- it just started all of this - all of the other current BBC News titles are just adaptations -- it's the best!
The Eorld Today's theme is brilliant, such a dramatic start to the bulletin, yeah I can't wait for BBC World to totally adopt to the new vamp, is it happening in January?
