How many current BBC News programes have orange and balck together in there titles. BBC 4 News , Hard Talk, BBC World filler (parts) and there is many more like Asia Today etc. It's the start of a whole new era for BBC News except with out it all happening at once so it isn't that noticable to viewers.
you also get gate24, its your money and one to one with music a varaition on the world ident theme, not forgetting, reporters( great titles!!!) and the titles for the iraq war. gate24,one to one were on news24 from early on so there always has been some association with the colour scheme

Plus Reporters, This Week (well, blue and black, but it follows the same format), and the Iraq war titles.

This is a whole new start for the BBC News family. By March next year the current look will be gone and would have been replaced by orange and black. The Crimson red will be more bight and there will be more white than cream.

Hopefully Bill and Sian will not say "coming from the studios of News 24" if Breakfast is coming from the BBC World studios as I suspect it will.
Cool
If I remember correctly the new News 24 studio has 3 seperate areas, is one for when the presenters want to tell a joke (if so Bill would permenantly be in that area). Laughing

I'm telling you, this is not lies. It is the truth. Use your common sense and you will see that BBC News is changing dramaticly.

BBC 3 and 4 always have, along with News 24, Parliaments, CBBC, and CBeebies.

WIthout wanting to turn this into a thread about DOGs, BBC3 is by default DOG-off - junctions are always DOG-free, so the DOG is specifically switched ON for programmes which do not come under the DOG policy (music, films, drama, sometimes sitcoms go DOG-free, plus sometimes other random programmes); BBC4 is by default DOG-on, and it specifically gets switched OFF for programmes which DO come under the DOG policy. And BBC Parliament is DOGless all the time if you're watching on digital terrestrial!

And BBC1 and BBC2 have DOGs already, but BBC2's is only seen in the Learning Zone, while BBC1 uses the News 24 one when it's simulcasting through the night.

I think you might notice a DOG change come Monday Wink

all thats needed now is the nations and regions to update thier look (at least the studios) with the exception of Look East, Midlands Today is halfway there!!, LDN just needs small changes (why revamp a winning format?) and South Today with there fantastic Cafe style newsroom!

So the BBC News 24 relaunch is now January 5th.

Is that the final confirmation or is it still on for December 8th?

A DOG change? Are you barking mad!

Sorry bad joke and gone off topic. I wonder if they will be using the BBC channels that appear in a square as the current ones are from the 1997 era.
