Maybe I read too much into these hints from BBC staff (OK, I DO read too much).....but I notice you say the " DOG Clock" rather than the "DOG and Clock). Was this a mistake, or are you revealing that the DOG and Clock will be a single united entity (presumably) in the top left corner of the screen (a *bit* like Sky News
)

NO the DOG Clock will be generated in a different way in the relaunch.

It had to be asked eventually... is there any chance of caps from BBC World in TC10?
It has been said that bbcnews.com will have its own relaunch, but is it known yet if BBC NOL will change at 9am on monday as well? Can we expect changes to bbcworld.com also?

Ive just noticed that the N24 breaking news banner is not in its usual "BOLD" writing also there is a slight line between the breaking news - possible for a new feature "evolution not revolution"
Nah, that's just the World gallery's take on the News 24 gfx.

So, does anyone think i'm right with my transscreen idea? There's a lot of other versions of that technology btw... one called HoloClear.

Equipment such as that wouldn't be moved around, most technical equipment in TV and radio places is tucked away in apparatus rooms - with only the external controls being in the operational areas. So it's more a case of just changing the input when the studio changes.
But as mentioned earlier, the current DOG isn't going to be used from Monday
Either way, last chance to cap a DOGless countdown then - let's hope it's a long one!
Then you'll have to prepare yourself for taping the new countdown on Monday - apparently they've been out and about filming new locations for it - to make it less London-centric thn the current one

Presumably this is because the DOG and clock generator has been moved back to N8, which would probably mean that n24 will remain DOGless until the relaunch? Or is it just a temprary glitch?

I've seen screenshots of the new graphics and although they look very similar in terms of colour, there are no elements of the current graphics at all. They are being produced by a diffrent, brand new, computers too

I think it's incredibly exciting technology and I know the BBC relaunch team have been saying vague things like "the channel will make the most of state of the art technology". Here's hoping, but it may just be a bit too new to risk on a 24 hour news channel?
