Ha ha! That means CBeebies has been pulled from the schedule! Stupid, considering it's popularity...

I think they are using the second set because of the Hutton Enquiry. As mendtioned in another thread, this is an all day event being shown on BBC 2 also.

Why, what's happening at Hutton? Is it being televised?

It's on until 4.30pm it seems, except that from 12.10pm to 1.10pm, a Lib Dem Conference programme interrupts it.

I notice the business update is coming from the Business Unit, up on the fourth floor. It's the position usually used for the interactive loop.

It doesn't make sense - why are they using the 2nd set for both presenters (if that's what they're doing).

Surely the should have the presenter who's covering Hutton on 2nd set and one who's doing other news at main desk?

They've never presented from the 2nd set for long periods before have they?

Yes they have... it was done for periods during the iraq war.

Anyone spot the breakdown caption that appeared just before the paper review on News 24?

I think 21% of you could be correct according to an e-mail that I have got!

There isn't a 21%? There's a 23% (November) and a 25% (early 2004).

I presume you mean November? Can you tell us more?

Well in an e-mail that David Lowe sent me he said that there will be some News 24 Remixes on air in November.
Here is the part of the e-mail:
I'm currently working on some remixes for News 24 which will be on air in November,
So not thats what I mean.
