Are they managing to do the normal News 24 headline sequences in TC7? For anyone wondering, World is back to normal - Martine apologised for the recorded programmes, due to "a big power failure here at Television Centre".

All the cameras need an operator. Some have a person behind the camera, some are controlled remotely by the Director or by a racks engineer.

That's what I was meaning really, as TC7 is a normal studio that will use someone behind the camera, isn't that the same in the nationals studio?

Although thinking about it as the nationals is in Stage 5 or 6 it will be affected by the same problems I guess

TC7 has a variable number of camera operators. I think there are three on Breakfast for seven cameras. The other four are operated by one person remotely.

The nationals studio varies. For bulletins all cameras are operated remotely, while for hardtalk they bring in a camera operator for at least one of the cameras.

It's a "small fire - big power cut".

News 24 has become a long-running chat from the Breakfast sofa.

10:30 ... moved to the Westmister studio.

Darren and Carrie at Westminster - I presume Carrie was doing Joanna's bit and Darren's doing the 1 so they carted them off together.

Phil's just handed over to Darren Jordon and Carrie Gracie from Westminster. I presume this is what the One O'clock News will look like, given that Darren is there?
