I don't know how long it's been like that, may have been minutes could've been hours.
Eitherway, the extra overlapped DOG, was removed at just a few seconds after 05:06.
The World today not at its best this morning. We had poor Anita cough her way through the summary before the weather, to the stage where she was loosing her voice. Then before the top of the hour the programme ended with a view of Sally and the marketboard then an ident still before a final view of the newsroom.
I wouldn't have noticed the problem with the two dogs as my tv as already developed signs of screen burn from the N24 clock.

David Eades!
Also, last night at 11pm, we had the countdown - from about 35 - and when it reached the 00, the presenter appeared but the clock was still on 10.59 and it was about 10 seconds until it changed to 11.00.
Then, rather than getting the usual headline bumper (or whatever they call the brief flash of radio circles between headlines) we got flashes of the countdown stuck on 00.
Weird!
Oh, and before that, the London end of Business Today came from the corner of the main set rather than the second set.
The clock thing has been happening for a while and I only noticed it the other day. The clock was sat at 10.58 one morning I think. Left the weather still at 10.58 and we got an ad, which was about 30 seconds then we got a 6 second countdown. That totals 36 seconds and doesn't make a full minute lol. The clock dissappeared during the ad and didn't appear until a few minutes after the top of their apparant hour.
