Why did they play the Generic World titles?

I guess Philip Hayton REALLY likes the World titles so much he brought it along with him from [World studio].

The ones they played weren't the World News titles, they were the overnight BBC News ones, which are on the system in the News 24 gallery anyway.

I forget who it was who told me, but there is a subtle difference between the WORLD titles and the OVERNIGHT titles... instead of 'WORLD' being scrolled about in the background, the names of major cities across the globe were doing that.

Oh God the funniest thing just happened on News 24. While Carol Kirkwood was doing the weather, Ebgland scored. The Sports newsroom is just next to the weather set, and you could hear the whole newsroom shout are cheer! The Greece scored and everyone went 'awww'. Phil was smirking when he came back on!
