I think it's really quite good.

I have to say that unless you've been in Belfast city centre this week you won't appreciate just how big that stage is!!!

Yes, flippin' closed off a lane in front of City Hall all week! Laughing

Very impressive mind you... if they'd hurry on and usher out Miss Melua instead of these boy bands!! Cool

Mental note... if this ever goes out again, edit out Eddie Irvine.

Is this live live or "live"?

As you all seem to be a little bored with the "carp" joke, I'll simply say that it appears to be a load of hits, or is the "s" at the wrong end?

WEll I'm sure you all know the second stage was meant to have been in Dublins O'Connell St. But due to security risks (with the heads of state down here) it was canceled. About 15, 000 tickets where to be given away. Never mind....

It's "as live" except for Westlife who recorded their bits... er, I mean songs.. the day before yesterday.

There's a warrant out for his arrest, isn't there?

The Met issued an arrest warrant to the PSNI as he didn't turn up for a court appearance in London where he'd been caught speeding on a moped in Hyde Park. As far as I know the arrest warrant was dropped after the case was re-listed in London and he was fined.

Yeah, pretty impressive alright. Certainly couldn't fail to notice it on the way to work on Friday morning!!

TV show has been pretty good. Highlight definitely Katie - and she certainly can sing live. Nice to see Christine getting a spot on Network too.

Did we really have to have Colin Murray on?? I'm sorry but the guy is an utter embarrassment. Had the misfortune of having to endure him at Belfast Intl Airport last weekend too.

Well I was there and it was quite amusing...

It started about 9pm to be "as live" and then because of cock-ups the concert finished at 12am with a really poor ending as everyone sorta went is that it.

A few things were messed up like people doing soundchecks over links plus a few funny bits that were edited out. Stage was huge, lighting was fantastic, some bits you couldn't see on camera and PK was in top form as usual for warm-ups!

Oh and some drunken yobs decided to try and tackle the technocrane at the end jumping up and grabbing it Very Happy

Was I the only one to think that some of the music mix was rather poor?
