Popbitch are reporting that Mary turned down £7million from Channel 4 for three years.

I did think it odd they said on BBC Radio news today that Mary is "staying at the BBC", as that would suggest they have something in the works for her.

Well they said the same about Mel & Sue, even though neither of them has been doing any regular programmes for the BBC


Though Mel is presenting the new Saturday night Gary Barlow show with Graham Norton and Sue presents a quiz about names whose name, ironically, escapes me.

Mel also has her "Eurovish" role at the BBC, and Sue not only hosts Insert Name Here for BBC TV but also Dilemma for Radio 4.
