Any other Spotlight watchers out there prefer Andy Breare to Justin Leigh on the show? He seems so natural in the presenter's chair, and seems to come up with more 'quick quips' than Justin.

And quite an amusing sequence around the weather, with Andy being turned into a pot plant by Theresa, then David Brain making them both vanish.... you had to be there Laughing

ITV(1) Westcountry.
DV
DVB Cornwall
Justin seems to be more 'polished' but Andy Breare is a fully capable stand in.

Not just HTV Wales! HTV West is now ITV West with ITV West News but Westcountry is a million times better regardless of any name change! (It look very odd with ITV in caps on the local news then itv News on the national)

That is a question and a half. The franchise holder is still Westcountry Television, just as it always has been.

The regional idents called it 'ITV1 for the Westcountry', the website calls it ITV1 Westcountry, and the new endcap calls it ITV Westcountry.

And going back to it's various Carlton names in recent years (being called 'Carlton' on screen but officially being called 'Carlton West Country Region', then changing to ITV1 Carlton for the Westcountry), what it's called now is fairly open for debate.

You can take your pick as to which of those it's actually called. I'm going for ITV Westcountry, I'm fairly sure that that's what will eventually go up on the building (where it's still called Carlton atm).

Justin and Theresa announced at the end of tonight's Spotlight, that it is the most watched BBC regional news programme in the UK, I guess they mean that as in a percentage of the regional population.

Yes, Spotlight currently has the highest audience share of 'em all...
