BBC and ITV

Both BBC1 and ITV1 put their news programmes on at 10.00pm. Which do you choose- BBC NEWS on BBC1 or ITV News at Ten on ITV1?

Just noticed your signature... and the fact that you live in EMidsTdy country. You must therefore be in CN East country.

You claim to be an expert on Carlton Central/Central News.

If you were asked questions about either CNSouth or CNWest, would you be such an expert then? (apologies if that sounds smarmy, it's not meant to be - I'm genuinely curious)

CN East has and has always had the best presentaion out of the three.

I'm on an overlap of CN West and CN East. I prefer East.

And 85% odd of BBC news is cropped! I watched a BBC news programme about what happned in america and the entire 45 minute programme was 4:3 cropped to 14:9! Whats the point?

The BBC may not always be perfect, but ITV news is at the moment (and always has been for me) truly awful, its not helped by the fact that I don't like Trevor McDonald, but the whole programme is just ugh awful.
