Yes, though normally overnight while in standby. The night before last there where frequency moves
for COM 7 and/or 8 at Sutton Coldfield, Winter Hill, and Fenton, (plus the local Brum mux moving too)
I suspect the transmitters were dead when your box performed its overnight scan, hence the need for a manual scan (or wait another 24 hours)
