I can see a LOT of people wanting dodgy cards to watch these channels in the UK -- far more so than Prime.

Unless you have a huge dish, I don't think it is possible to get these channels, BBC Prime has a very good signal on 13E provided by Globecast UK, but its idents and the channel is absolutely disgraceful and it looks like a channel that will be replaced very soon!

Yeah but didn't the original poster say these channels were up to replace Prime?

Yep, Prime is being phased out country by country apparently, although most countries within Europe still recieve BBC Prime before that changes to BBC Entertainment.

I had to endure BBC Prime on my holiday to Hungary and believe me the channel is awful, it has poor CBeebies programmes on at Breakfast, BBC One daytime programmes all day long, and some Comedy in the evening which was mainly My Family, My Hero and The Kumars at No 42, believe me I couldn't take anymore!

It used to be much better in the past with a few live events, buy why the BBC bother with BBC Prime, clearly it must not make that much money if they are running down the channel, just get rid of it now and replace with BBC Entertainment!
