You can see the idents for the BBC's commercial worldwide channels (currently broadcasting in Asia, but soon to launch in Europe and Africa, replacing BBC Prime) at the following websites:

www.bbcentertainment.com
www.bbcknowledge.com
www.bbclifestyle.com

Make sure you select "Singapore" from the location list.

For what it's worth I think they're all pretty good.

I do like BBC Knowledge's logo, it's quite clever and the idents are really gorgeous and balloon-esque.

If only BBC Knowledge existed in the UK. Looks bloody brilliant (programming and pres)!

Interesting that Paul Merton in China is on BBC Knowledge. I always thought it belonged on a BBC channel and was out of place on five.

Well it was BBC4's original name, but due to microscopic viewing figures it was rebranded.

That said, I think BBC Knowledge would be a good name for a sort of strand across channels.

Yeah I know, and I still miss it to this day. I've said it hundreds of times, but the BBC were stupid to axe the UK's only free-to-air documentary channel.

Outside of the UK I don't think it really matters, the channels are more of a showcase of British Television itself. BBC America is probably the best example of this as they show programmes like Hollyoaks, Father Ted, Benny Hill, I think Bad Girls has popped up too, as has the odd ITV drama or two.

BBC Knowledge had rather nice idents before the channel wrapped up in 2002, the circle idea was rather clever and it could have gone on forever. Although in terms of quality BBC Four has been a far better and entertaining replacement.

typical BBC they come up with better idents for non licence fee payers, BBC Knowledge has a fantastic cutting edge website.

Don't see why it matters, we don't pay for them.
