I think Dominic, what might happen is that terrestrial analogue television will still run sub-opts and opt-outs as they are at present.
When the analogue gets switched off, this may change. Maybe we'll be able to choose our Breakfast opt-out!

If you're so desperate to get your own sub-opt/opt out then get
DTT
or cable (or an IDTV) as its the only way you will really ever get a full truly regiaonal service with all sub-opts remaining.
