Hello,
This documentry about an undercover reporter at manchester airport by the bbc was great, it was on about, maybe a year or two ago, and i want to see it again.

Anyone else feel like this?

I think its rediculous that the bbc create documentrys but never air them again, but air things like "Murder she wrote" over and over again.
They should air it again on BBC THREE or something!

Hardly fits into BBC Three's audience. Now UKTV People or UKTV Documentary is another matter.

Yeah, i see what you mean.

But i have not seen this documentry anywhere, i thought it would be UKTV People who would have bought it by now, seeing as they have episodes of airport on about 20% of the day.

The subject of this kind of documentary could kick up a fuss because it's out of date - i.e., it could cast Manchester Airport in what might (or, admittedly, still might not) now be an unfair light.

Yes just over a year and a half. It aired on BBC1 on 7th September 2004.

Completely off-topic but the estate agent WhistleBlower reporter, Anna Adams, was very sexy.

I see what you mean about it being out of date, but at the end of it they could put "since the filming of this documentry manchester airport has..."

I specifically remember a bbc show called something like "the day britain stopped" which was a short film, about a day when people got snowed in and britain did stop...which many thought was true, but wasnt explained till the end that it wasnt, surly this is the same or similar situation, where incorrect info is given till the end, forgive me for talking gibberish.

I really want to see this again, i would ask if anyone knows if its stored on the net somewhere, but i would think that that would be illegal and threfore agains the law.

I'm pretty sure that was shown on UKTV Documentary recently. It'll probably turn up again.

It was set several months in the future, but used lots of past tense, as if it was a documentary.

There's still quite a bit about it on the web, including the whole programme to watch online.

I seem to remember watching a later repeat of it, which had been edited slightly; notably footage of a Commons statement by Tony Blair expressing sympathy for a plane crash had been removed (he'd been talking about the Concorde crash, I think families of the victims had complained)
[edit]Interestingly, that part is still on the online version.[/edit]

Most illegal things do tend to be against the law, yes.
