The BBC Wales Today/Newyddion studio is lovely. Thumbs up

However, it makes me wonder why after 7 years BBC Breakfast, which broadcasts live for 22 hours a week, is still shoved into converted office space on the second floor of a building in Salford, looking like something that a local cable TV channel would knock out.

Yes, that's what I thought. Wonder if the desk can be lowered too - it looks like it could otherwise wouldn't the red go all the way up the spine.

Pardon my technological ignorance, but is the logo displayed on some form of transparent screen, is it a static piece, or is the whole of the back wall a display?
