Wow, you fans of BBC News Readers are in for a treat tonight!

Keep your eyes peeled for LIVE singing from popular females from throughout the whole BBC News day (ie Breakfast - The Ten).

With a follow-up performance from popular male BBC News presenters. Excellent lineup!

Looking good so far...

Nice post, NickyS. Entered into the spirit of things, but your overuse of punctuation is a bit worrying.

7 out of 10, plus I'll donate £1 to Comic Relief.

I saw Natasha and Bill talking about it on Breakfast this morning, and Anna mentioned it on the One, while Fiona has just said on the Ten that she "won't be back with the headlines because of Children in Need, so I guess she's taking part as well.

I'm certainly looking forward to it!

Yes, as far as I know, Sophie, Natasha, Anna, Moira, Fiona, Jeremy, Andrew Marr and Michael Buerk are taking part, but since Rob Bonnet is in Australia, Bill said on Breakfast that he's been drafted in last minute. To even it up (I think they're going in pairs), there must be another male - is it Darren Jordon?

According to the Children In Need website, between 2300 and 2330, but they don't give a specific time.

Yeah, the BBC Press office page says Darren Jordon is taking part. Should be fun to watch!
