What does Nicholas Witchell DO? We never see him - or is he on BBC World?

Well he seems to do reports a lot these days.

I don't know why they get News 24 and Breakfast presenters (Matthew Amroliwala, Sarah Montague, Darran Jordan) to do the BBC News, when witchell is available!

Also, where is Sarah Montague these days?!

Sarah does a lot of stand ins on News 24. She was on the other day!

Great technocrane work going into the news! That's what Children in Need is all about.

The gauze going up and down during the S Club 7 song worked pretty well too.

that was one of the funniest scenes i've seen for ages, very nice shots of the national news studio aswell.

Plus whoever that was in the BBC Shop is a very good dancer, liked the bit where he jumped off the table and did the spilts and bowen popped up.

That's Jeremy Vine - Newsnight's second in command. He did somehting last year as did Jenny. Funnily enough, that was dancing too! It was music through the ages!

And the dancing Jeremy did wasn't strictly speaking his own effort was it? e.g. the close up on the feet and the forward flip - definitely a professional dancer!

Where is that BBC shop? Is it at TVC? Ive been to the BBC Shop at Broadcasting house and the cafe there- very nice. The cafe is expensive though.

Well if we're being picky, it was blatantly obvious from the movement of the plant in the background but hey, that's not what's its about! Smile

Anyone hear the announcement over on Two at 10pm? 'Mel and Sue on Room 101 on BBC Two now and we'd like to apologise to viewers in Leyton Buzzard.....it must be awful for you.' Very Happy

Cheers, Asa

The shop is inside BBC TV Centre. It's not open to the public. It's there for Staff and members od Studio Audiences.

Incedentally all the locations were inside TV Centre
