Incredibly funny moment on Breakfast this morning - when introducing Declan Currry for a story on the postal strike, Bill said to Natasha "you haven't had any for ages have you? The post that is!!" Funny how easy it is to have a slip of the tongue!
Well, I used to watch Breakfast TV until Natasha took over Sophie! What a flippin waste of space. I can't watch it now 'cause of her....chemistry or not get her off!

Hmm it's difficult to choose what to watch in the morning, you have to chose between Natasha and Fiona Phillips, they're both awful, and yet on Fridays you have to chose between Sian and Kate Garraway, that's also hard because they're both good. I watch GMTV for Penny though, prefer her to Moira.
I think it was Dermot's dream to present Breakfast, so it would be difficult to move him, but if they could they should put Bill and Sian on the main Breakfast Show, put Jules and Tim on at weekends, put Natasha and Fiona Phillips on Rise, and put Dermot Murnaghan on the 10, replacing Huw Edwards who can also go on Rise.

I like it - an absolutely perfect plan. Except not Tim Wilcox. Definitely not him (remember he'd be doing Fridays as well as weekends). Maybe Jon Sopel or Gavin Esler instead.
And I'm sure Dermot wouldn't mind moving to a high profile job on the 10, at which he would be much better than at Breakfast.

Huw Edwards is probably the BBC's most important newsreader - he is always first choice for breaking news on BBC1 - such as September 11 and IDS battle. Chances are the BBC won't get rid of him without reason.
Getting Natasha was a bad idea for the BBC - put her back to Sky News where people can appreciate her more.
Gavin Esler would not want to do Breakfast - probably for the same reason he left News 24 - to host Newsnight.

Indeed! Have you noticed that she can't argue "her" point at ALL? All she does is nod like that annoying dog in the car adverts..."Give the dog a phone!".
I remember one debate she had with some random politician and he was rambling on like an eejit. They'd run out of time and she couldn't wrap it up! Bet she got in trouble for that one...Dermot can do it no bother!
So....keep nodding on Natasha...towards the RI:SE studios....
