Will we ever see any of this in image form (that Rhythm & Movement Clock springs to mind), or is it something that shall never see the light of day outside the walls of the Beeb? Shame if the latter holds true, but in any case, a description will suffice...
Imaging the ribbons as the background of the clock instead of the balloon background and a 'BBC' logo at the bottom instead of 'BBC ONE'
I take it the family clock was no longer considered from around 2002 when the station clocks on BBC 1 & 2 were dropped?
Probably not, although the 'family' branding was largely redundant by then anyway. It was intended mainly for use during the big obituaries but the plans were toned down over time, hence for Di you saw the (then) family symbol and for the Queen Mum you saw a channel slide.
IIRC the clock lost it's colour over time and then went a bit funny altogether before disappearing so it probably wouldn't have been used
