BBC America - Showing 3 Classic 60's ITV series

Classic Television Dramas from the Sixties (BBC America, 8 p.m. ET) Leave it to BBC America to provide a true summer treat for TV fans. The network's Friday night lineup throughout the summer will consist of three classic series from the Sixties: "The Avengers" (with Patrick Macnee as debonair British Intelligence agent John Steel and Diana Rigg as his colleague, "the delicious Mrs. Peel") at 8 p.m. ET, "The Saint" (with Roger Moore as heroic womanizer Simon Templar, long before his stint as heroic womanizer James Bond) at 9 p.m. ET and "The Prisoner" (a cult classic starring Patrick McGoohan as Number 6, a former secret agent held captive in a mysterious locale known only as The Village) at 10 p.m. ET.

The Prisioner is currently on BBC Four on Friday nights, Stuart.

If BBC America are showing the other two, I'd bet a small threepenny-bit that they could well pop up on BBC Four shortly, as well.

It should be noted that The Prisioner is being shown on BBC Four as part of the channel's 60's season, I am not too sure however if this run will continue once the season ends

BBC4 are showing the complete series, the CA said so before the first one aired last month. There are 17 episodes in total with episodes 9 (11.25pm) and 10 (12.15am) to be shown this Friday.
