If anyone can cap some stuff, that'd be great. At the moment, the only clues confirming the change is the presence of a hippo at http://www.bbcamerica.com (plus a lot more red I suppose) and the design of the page selling BBC America programmes on iTunes US (which launched today) is in the style of BBC One's red endboard.

Is it me, or does the BBC logo on that page look a bit, well, odd?

There's something not right about it.

The letters are too tall and not vertically centered.

Yup, the letters are too close to the top and bottom of the boxes, a la old BBC Newsline.

a guess you need to add the letters HD... for the HD broadcasts.
american channels usually put them on their HD broadcasts.

CNN HD
CNBC HD+, etc.

On the website, the BBC WNA promo is still in the old branding..

And, God, that video on YouTube looks awful, the BBC looks huge and America too small.

The BBC is the important part of the brand though, something the designer who ripped off ABC didn't realise.

Yes, BBC is the core part of the brand, not the America part, MOST Americans know they are in America already.

Interesting how you use "most" there - makes me think there are some who need reminding Razz

Wait, no, that thought crossed my mind already...
