First I knew was when a couple of messages came in from the ONdigital group saying BBC was off due to power problems.

Surely this is quite a major story and somewhere there must be something about it soon. I suspect we'll find out - and why is there noone from the BBC here when you need them (bet they're all running around!!)

The BBC are not allowed to report about bomb scares and evacuations unless one actually goes off, so you may not hear anything if it is a bomb scare.
On the other hand you will if there is a power cut.

BBC NEWS 24 hasn't said anything, so i'm guessing they didn't know about it??? This is all very strange.
