Power cut given as the reason (Newsroom south east region)
Ironic this should happen 10 days to the year after the last one.

Right, so BBC world still on air.
BBC1 analog switch back to 16:9 and lose the music right now (21.43) for about 30 seconds before realising the mistake (unless it was deliberate).

5 live still on air.

So where's the power cut likely to be??

I'm so glad I captured that!

The balloon and the annoucer telling us the breakdown gives them a chance to show us an extra programme!
