Are Choice and Knowledge just being run by a director with a load of pre-recorded CA messages, or what?

I note ceefax clock still wrong, and doesn't look like there have been any updates at all on ceefax since this happened.


Has the power actually been restored yet, or are they still on generators?

You aren't going to want to say 'The BBC lost all channels about 1 hour ago' because everyone is going to change channels and see if they are still working!!

During the last bomb alert when Liquid News was interrupted BBC Choice kindly put out messages such as: 'We are sorry we are unable to re-join the programme, so instead here's - something else!'

Bring back live continuity on Choice!!

Ceefax doesn't seem to have been updated at all and although the time on the website (news online) has changed it doesn't seem to have been updated either!

The Uk Gold announcement for The Young Ones just now ASAIK was a BBC one announcer anyone agree?

The bloke who does UKGold's CAing used to be on BBC One - AFAIK he migrated to UKTV early this year

I noticed the time on News Online too. But as a webdesigner I know how this sort of things work. The clock can be updated if someone merely makes and spelling correction.

It's automatic so it could be anything. It could just be the ticker too. I noticed a new headline on that.

Well, it's been an interesting couple of hours... perhaps notable that no-one from the BBC has been in here as they often are. Sure they'll come and update us when maybe they've stopped running around!!
