Doubt sky would, they aren't really like that, ITV may try to report it while having a smirk on the newsreaders face. I've been checking BBC 2 after I love 1975, and they appologised for Major power failures, and unsuprisingly, didn't give a date for God The Devil and Bob which was cut, to be shown, which they usually do, but I think this qualifies fort exceptional circumstances!

Damn.
I was too busy watching Big Brother when all this happened. But Your right something is strange. The N24 News Bulliten on the Web is just a black screen which makes me think they didn't know about it and however they encode the Real media it must be automatic.

N24 just had a short 30 second clip of someone filming a 16:9 TV with the BBC One apology broadcasting. It was simply narrated by the newsreader. I have it on my capturing tape, and will upload it later after all this has finished!!

I just sat throught th 15mins webcast of the N24 bulliten and the black screen dissapeared at 22:12. Is this right,

Just speculation (as usual) but is a lot of the BBC Online 'scheduled' audio/video content done from a bank of servers at Kingswood Warren?
I assume the live stuff where they have to intervene (e.g. when they cover feeds of breaking stories) is done from TVC..
