That looks really good actually. My realplayer won't do anything with the clip on Asa's site but the grabs all look cool. I was a bit worried about the DOG when I heard about it, especially as it looked like it might be huge, green and opaque, but the one they are using is small and well positioned - is it also semi-transparent, I can't quite tell?
that red aston looks a bit out of place in comparison to the green and purples that has been used throughout all the other aspects of bbc2w!
i like the way bbc wales position the pictures from htv wales aston exactly over the place where the htv news logo wouldve been when they recorded it off the htv news - always tickles me that!
bbc wales still got these two inherant problems though:-
vitc in vision (those black and white dots that appear in the top of vision)
and squashed pictures (where people are short and fat!)
cmon bbc wales get it sorted youve had long enough now to get around these simple problems otherwise the channel is looking promising!
just why is that bbc2w dog soooo far in the left hand corner - if i switch my tv to 4 x 3 mode it totally gets rid of the dog though....which was nice!
ps was doesnt that dog disappear once bbc2w hands back to bbc 2 wales? its strange seeing a bbc 2 wales idents, say into newsnight, and its still there even throughout parts of newsnight! WHY?
