The IOC have handed out their medals for broadcasting, with the much criticised NBC getting Gold, the much praised BBC getting Silver and the much copyrighted Channel 9 getting Bronze.

Multiple awards on offer - NBC won three golds and a silver while the BBC won just one silver for it's Super Saturday coverage.

Agreed. FIX! NBC were broadly criticised for their coverage by the public at large. Showing things delayed, revealing results before showing recorded events, inappropriate cuts to the opening and closing ceremonies, downplaying anything with no US interest. They did NOT deserve three golds. Mad
