Fine, rousing way to start the final day of coverage on BBC3 with the full Olympic titles. Even though I felt as though it would begin to grate, it's good to hear First Steps pumped out loudly today.

Just to keep things balanced, Sian interviewed Ed Miliband on Breakfast at around 0720 - live, it seemed, from his back garden.

Can't believe this all ends today. Sad
Me neither! Can't say I've enjoyed getting up at 0430 every day, but I'm very happy to have been a (very small) part of it.

Yes, it's the standard C4 promo with a Radio 5/Channel 4 end board. They've been running it on BBC One occasionally since it was first shown on C4.
