Meanwhile, over on BBC Three the studio exposed to the open air has a lot of background noise - helicopters, crowds cheering as they walk past on their way to the Opening Ceremony dress rehearsal - but in this particular case I think it's fine, helps to add to the atmosphere and makes the BBC Three broadcast a little more exciting and spontaneous than the polished BBC One studio.
