BBC 2 Get It Wrong?

I noticed that when the ident came on before the snooker it had the wrong music to it. Is the music played live with the ident so it sometimes is wrong or did they just cock it up totally.

They put the circus '2' (jumps from a board up onto the top of other '2's' ident with the music for the '2' which comes upto the screen and turns the logo round.

Did anyone else see it?

It is played together. It's just a cockup. The person who edited the idents to show the "40 Years" purple box put the wrong soundtrack on the Formation ident.

No idea why the audio would have need seperatedfrom the video in the first place.

The joys of recorded continuity...seems we got a burst of "This is BBC Two and I'm sorry we're having some technical problems, we'll...." over the ident into the Snooker just now.
