If the dish is very slightly out a alignment it will pixilate with only slightly dodgy weather, especially with those on 2D, such as BBC and ITV. I've got this problem at the moment (due to a Sky installer fitting it incorrectly when he replaced the box and LNB Mad ). Phone Sky, they will normally charge a £65 call out fee but if you threaten to cancel they tend to lift the fee.

At the risk of tempting fate, it seems to be ok at the moment.

Bloody annoying though.

£65 for a SKY call out.

Only as a last resort!

(Last year, when the Amstrad box died & we swopped to Multiroom, which is under review after a year for financial reasons. Would SKY allow us to keep the SKY + box as the subscription, while I keep the std box as a non subscription box & run them both off the same dish? I'm assuming if the std box goes kaput, I'm on my own, but they'd fix the SKY + )

I don't even remember Telewest charging me for similar problems, unless I didn't notice, & the year I had digital cable, I was calling them out every few weeks !
