Just before the end of Holby City, BBC 1 West Mids froze & started pixelling, on the SKY + plus downstairs.

Just come upstairs to check the standard SKY box & only London & the nations are working correctly on BBC 1.

Everything else is 'No Satelite Signal received' or pixelling.

Anyone else having the same trouble?

922pm & all nearly well, certainly West Mids is now working properly.

I know I've mentioned this before, but it seems strange the regions can go down, but never London ! I know about the different transponders too !

Is it alright now? I can't see problems on any of the Regions or Nations.

Surely if it's a proper BBC engineering area, it ought to have an acronym?
SBX, perhaps?

The mailbox is called the shoebox because it's not big enough. There is a ruder term for it!

The problem was a stalled MPEG Encoder.

Westy, it sounds like it's a dish problem, I remember our Dish used to do something like that, we called sky and they replaced it with a new one, and it's working fine now.
