Confused Maybe it was regional (it didn't have the region identifier underneath). Are you sure, coz mine's still on tape, you might be a bit rusty, if you don't mind me saying! Smile

I know that was definatly the first ident I saw, whether it was at 7 or 7:30 is up for debate, I am certain it was that one, and I thought it was the first, and indeed I don't remember a region identifier underneath, have you got the next junction on the tape? If so it could solve this!

Nope no good for my cheap memory, any idea what the second programme was (Although if I did happen to see the second one i'll be annoyed I quite liked being able to say that I saw the '97 relaunch.

Flash Gordon was in b&w, how can you not remember that?! CBBC Saturday Aardvark followed at 7:30am - This is all I remember, if you want more details, I'll have to scout around for that RadioTimes - that's in the loft!!!

I half watched Flash Gordon, and may or maynot have watched it, I can definatly remember not watching the following show at least for long anyway, what was on before it? Wink (Serious question though)

You're driving me completely barmey! Up the wall and onto the ceiling with no gravity to bring me down! Very Happy I'll have to look in RT if you want it to be accurate, but for now, here's the reminiscent TV schedule:

6.50 Pages From Ceefax
7.05 Flash Gordon
7.30 <whatever came at 7.30>
8.00 CBBC

That's all I know! But I'll look tomorrow, at this minute I'm trying to remix EastEnders for TV Ark, to celebrate EE Friday!

If this was the first ever one to be shown , then the BBC made a bloody good choice which one to show first!

I reckon they should've done a one-off for that occasion, where the balloon takes-off and starts its long journey around Britain !

Too much for a Saturday morning though, don't you think? Very Happy
