BBC 1 & 2 Flash Clocks from 'tv'

After much research around millions of webpages on flash I have finally found what everyone pointed out as soon as they got the screensavers.

'It doesn't like top of the hour!'

Well. It does now. Oh Yes! The Bug Is fixed. A smaller piece of detail of which no one pointed out was missing has now been added and the screensaver is on Version2.2!
