04:00:12, TCJ in Nicam Stereo... tone on left channel, BBC speaking clock on right... no Ceefax signal.

And just before 04:02, a big jump... so the tests have now begun on BBC1.

I'd be surprised if they did show Test Card W, seeing as this is 4:3 analogue.
